Part of the art prints in my Floral/Still Life Gallery are a variety of roses. I have included four of them in this blog. For these art prints, I started with the original photographs of rose blooms I took a few years ago in Portland, Oregon. From the original photograph, I used a subtle watercolor technique to soften the pictures up ever so slightly. I liked the clarity and vibrant colors of the original shots, but wanted something that was a little less severe without losing any of the aforementioned qualities. Let me know what you think.
I invite you to come into the gallery to view the new additions to the collection in the Floral/Still Life Gallery.

All four are great but the first and the last are most appealing to me as if I could touch them.
Thanks for the feedback, Sue!!

These are incredible, the technique you used really makes the petals of the roses pop. Very nice work.
Thanks Dom, it was a subtle watercolor technique.
